  • Biscuit Maria400 g
  • Butter with salt200 g
  • Silver Banana4 unit(s)
  • Dulce de leche250 g
  • Fresh cream400 g
  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Amarula (optional)25 ml
  • Chocolate powder to taste
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  1. Grind the cookies in a food processor until they look like crumbs.
  2. Melt the butter and mix with the farofa until it has the texture of wet sand.
  3. In a shape with a removable bottom, place the mixture on the surface and knead well (if you want you can make a border)
  4. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C.
  5. Let it cool down a bit and put it in the freezer.
  6. In a pan, place the dulce de leche, add 100g of dulce de leche and the amarula, stir non-stop over low heat until it boils.
  7. Pour the cream into the dough and on top place the banana in slices in a circular shape.
  8. Beat the cream with the sugar until whipped cream, put it on top, making peaks with the spatula, sprinkle chocolate and cinnamon powder and take it to the fridge.
  9. Let it rest for at least 1 hour and serve.
