- Whole Milk200 ml
- Strawberry Trays cut in half or in pieces1 unit(s)
- 1 and 1/2 Powdered Milk1 cup
- In the blender place the cream, condensed milk, whole milk, grated coconut and powdered milk, beat everything lightly. Add a cream of milk and beat everything very well until homogenized.
- Transfer to an ice cream container and place in the freezer until it starts to freeze slightly.
- Transfer to a stand mixer (if very frozen, use a spoon to soften the dough), beat everything until it thickens, approximately 10 minutes.
- Transfer half the dough to a pudding mold, no need to grease.
- Add half of the strawberries, add the rest of the batter, and add the rest of the strawberries.
- Cover the shape with plastic film and take it to the freezer until it turns into ice cream.
