  • Condensed Milk1 unit(s)
  • Grated Coconut100 g
  • Whole Milk200 ml
  • Strawberry Trays cut in half or in pieces1 unit(s)
  • 1 and 1/2 Powdered Milk1 cup
  1. In the blender place the cream, condensed milk, whole milk, grated coconut and powdered milk, beat everything lightly. Add a cream of milk and beat everything very well until homogenized.
  2. Transfer to an ice cream container and place in the freezer until it starts to freeze slightly.
  3. Transfer to a stand mixer (if very frozen, use a spoon to soften the dough), beat everything until it thickens, approximately 10 minutes.
  4. Transfer half the dough to a pudding mold, no need to grease.
  5. Add half of the strawberries, add the rest of the batter, and add the rest of the strawberries.
  6. Cover the shape with plastic film and take it to the freezer until it turns into ice cream.
