2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour250 g
1 cup of milk200 ml
1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar5 g
1 tablespoon of baking powder14 g
Bananas 🍌 to taste
Cinnamon powder to taste
1 cup of sugar160 g

In a bowl place the eggs, butter or margarine, sugar and beat until it becomes a fluffy and light cream.
Add the flour, milk, vanilla sugar and beat until smooth and homogeneous.
Add the baking powder and mix gently.
Grease a rectangular shape with butter or margarine, put half the dough, add bananas to taste, cinnamon powder, and cover with the rest of the dough.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and serve.
