- Brown sugar1 tablespoon
- Oat flakes1 cup
- Yeast1 coffee spoon
- Mix all ingredients in a blender except the yeast. After mixing, add the yeast and stir slowly.
- Place in molds (preferably silicone).
- Preheat the oven and bake for around 30 minutes, depending on the oven this time may vary.
- Note: You can use raisins in the dough and use more bananas to decorate the muffins. Make a syrup with 70% melted chocolate and pour it over the muffins.
