Milk1/2 cup
Coconut oil1/2 cup
Brown sugar1 cup
Chopped bananas2 unit(s)
Whole wheat flour2 cup
Maizena1 cup
Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the yeast.
Mix very well and add the yeast last.
Put some pieces of banana in the dough, if you want you can put cinnamon too
Put the dough in a greased and floured shape and take it to bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes or until you see that the dough is fully baked, do the toothpick test.
