- Canola oil120 ml
- Skimmed milk120 ml
- Whole wheat flour1 cup
- Oats1 cup
- Brown Sugar2 cup
- Cinnamon to taste
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Beat all the ingredients in the blender with just one banana
- Grease a mold with flour and oil
- Decorate the dough with slices of the remaining bananas and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 50 minutes.
- Serve :)
