Pique as bananas e congele, depois bata no processador com os demais ingredientes, até ficar na textura desejada. 
( Não coloquei as medidas porque faço porções variadas, as vezes uma as vezes mais).
Você pode fazer com outras frutas e até mistura-las.

Chop the bananas and freeze, then blend in a food processor with the other ingredients until the desired texture is reached.
(I didn't put the measurements because I make varied portions, sometimes one sometimes more).
You can do it with other fruits and even mix them.
