- Frozen chopped bananas to taste
- Sour cream to taste
- condensed milk to taste
- Or vegan milk to taste
- Chop the bananas and freeze, then blend in a food processor with the other ingredients until the desired texture is reached. (I didn't put the measurements because I make varied portions, sometimes one sometimes more). You can do it with other fruits and even mix them.
