- Ripe bananas (dwarf) to taste
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon1 dessert spoon
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Butter50 g
- Milk1 cup
- Mix the flour, the cup of sugar, the cinnamon and the yeast, and set it aside (this is the dough)
- Melt the butter without letting it boil
- Beat the eggs, add the milk, the sugar spoons and the melted butter. Reserve. (This is the cover)
- Chop the bananas lengthwise, each banana 2 cuts. (The banana will be chopped into 3 parts)
- Grease the form with butter, spread a layer of dough on the bottom, evenly.
- Top with the chopped bananas
- Cover with another part of the dough, another layer of banana, and the last layer of dough.
- Cover with the egg mixture (the topping), poke the entire surface so the liquid penetrates all the layers.
- Place in medium oven for 50 minutes. (Put a wider pan at the bottom, if the liquid leaks, it won't fall into the oven)
