  • Good quality ready-made dulce de leche (choose one that is very firm)400 g
  • Sliced bananas10 unit(s)
  • Packet of crushed cornstarch biscuits1/2 unit(s)
  • Cooking margarine200 g
  • Teaspoon of cinnamon powder for sprinkling1 tablespoon
  1. Mix the crushed biscuit (like flour, very finely) with the cooking margarine, with your fingertips, until a smooth dough forms. Line the bottom in an open way (false bottom) and bake for just 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C. Remove. Let the dough cool.
  2. Place the dulce de leche over the cooled dough. Flatten to lay flat.
  3. Chop the bananas into slices, and distribute them over the dulce de leche.
  4. Place the cream on top (if you prefer, you can whip it to make a whipped cream) and smooth it out.
  5. Take a sieve, you can also use a mini blowtorch, spread the optional cinnamon over the top, passing it through the sieve, so that it sprays better throughout the pie.
  6. Leave in the fridge for 3 hours before unmolding optional. Just serve, do it later, tell me how it stayed 🤝😘
