- In a pan, put the cream, egg yolks, condensed milk and cornstarch, mix everything without turning on the fire, add the milk, mix and cook for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and mix the hydrated gelatin.
- let it cool.
- make a sugar syrup without burning the syrup put the bananas in this syrup let it boil for 3 minutes without drying the syrup if necessary drip more water
- take this syrup with the bananas and put it on a platter put the cream on top
- beat the egg white with 50 g of sugar and place it on top of the cream
- and over the egg white put some slices of banana on top and put cinnamon on top
