Banana Muffin

A receita é bem simples e facil de fazer.
Ótimo para o café da manhã ou lanche da tarde.
Em uma vasilha adicione a farinha o açucar o leite e ovo e misture bem.
Pique as bananas e despeje na vasilha, misture. Eu uso umas 6 bananas.
Nessa etapa ja deixe o olho esquentando em fogo médio.
Acrescente uma colher de fermento misture bem.
Agora é só fritar os bolinhos com ajuda de duas colheres.
Fazer igual o bolinho de chuva convencional.
Depois de frito deixe escorrer o excesso de olho e coloque em uma travessa com um pouco de açucar e canela.
