  • Hot water to taste
  1. Mash the bananas with a fork until they become a porridge and set aside.
  2. Put the sugar in the pan and let it turn into a caramel syrup.
  3. When it is at the point of syrup, add a little hot water, and stir non-stop, don't worry, it will turn into a "bolãozinho" but keep stirring and it will soon fall apart. As soon as it falls apart, add the mashed bananas and mix well, until it starts to unglue from the pan, that's the point! TIP: it can be consumed in many ways, with cookies, breadsticks, alone, as fillings for cakes and pies..... .....after all, there are countless ways to be savored. Enjoy!
