- Chop the banana and let it freeze for 5 hours in the freezer. Once frozen, put it FEWLY in the blender on pulse mode until it gains consistency of ice cream. If you want, you can add a little bit of milk. Just beat it... After that, serve it with pieces of kiwi. Super matches.
