  • Bananas4 unit(s)
  • Egg3 unit(s)
  • Oat flour2 cup
  • Brown Sugar1 cup
  • Cocoa2 tablespoon
  • Cake yeast1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla Extract1 coffee spoon
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  1. Mash the bananas well and mix with 1/2 cup of sugar and the 3 eggs
  2. Add the oats and mix
  3. Add the cocoa, olive oil and vanilla extract
  4. Mix everything and add the yeast
  5. Chocolate chips and/or cinnamon powder is optional
  6. Put in medium oven for 50min
