Banana2 unit(s)
Sugar3 tablespoon
Orange1 unit(s)
Lemon1/2 unit(s)
Cinnamon stick2 to taste
Cloves5 to taste
Alcoholic beverage1/2 cup
Oil thread0 to taste

Start by heating a non-stick frying pan, put a good thread of oil, if there are more bananas more oil!
Fry the bananas on both sides until golden, then remove the excess oil that remains, add the sugar, cinnamon and cloves.
Let it start to caramelize and pour in the orange juice and lemon juice and bring to a boil!
Remove the bananas and set aside, now time to flambé.. VERY CAREFUL ⚠️
Remove the skillet from the heat and add the alcoholic drink, I used vodka but you can use brandy, rum, whatever you like!!
Carefully turn the skillet over and let it catch fire, as soon as the flame goes out, let the caramel brown a little more and then pour it over the bananas and it's ready to serve 😋😋
As a suggestion, you can accompany with a vanilla ice cream (ice cream), cream or another of your preference!!!
