  • Very ripe bananas (preferably runny, but it can be silver banana too)4 unit(s)
  • Oat flakes2 cup
  • Baking powder2 dessert spoon
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Raisins1 cup
  • Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
  1. In a blender, beat the chopped bananas with the oil, the raisins and the eggs and half a spoon of cinnamon powder,
  2. In a bowl, place the oats and yeast.
  3. Blend the cream from the blender in the bowl until smooth.
  4. Grease a mold with margarine and oatmeal
  5. If you want, place some banana slices in the bottom of the mold and top with cinnamon powder.
  6. Put the dough in the form.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 35 minutes.
  8. Eat and serve at will!
