- Mash the bananas (they need to be very ripe, because they sweeten the cake
- In a bowl add the mashed bananas, eggs, milk, cinnamon and mix well until a homogeneous mass.
- Grease the mold with butter and wheat flour, turn on the oven to warm up.
- After beating the dough well, add the yeast last and mix until it incorporates.
- Play in the greased shape and sprinkle bananas in slices if you prefer,
- Place the mold in the oven for 30 minutes or until you insert a fork and it is dry, serve as you prefer.
