  • Eggs2 to taste
  • Milk200 g
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Ripe bananas4 unit(s)
  1. Mash the bananas (they need to be very ripe, because they sweeten the cake
  2. In a bowl add the mashed bananas, eggs, milk, cinnamon and mix well until a homogeneous mass.
  3. Grease the mold with butter and wheat flour, turn on the oven to warm up.
  4. After beating the dough well, add the yeast last and mix until it incorporates.
  5. Play in the greased shape and sprinkle bananas in slices if you prefer,
  6. Place the mold in the oven for 30 minutes or until you insert a fork and it is dry, serve as you prefer.
