- Ripe dwarf banana4 unit(s)
- Egg4 unit(s)
- Melted coconut oil1 cup
- Xylitol Sweetener1 cup
- Oat bran2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- 70% chocolate chips1 cup
- 70% chocolate chips to put on top of the cake to taste
- Peel the bananas and place in a blender, add the whole eggs, coconut oil and xylitol sweetener and beat well.
- In a bowl put the oat bran
- Add the blended mixture with the oat bran and mix well until smooth.
- Add the chocolate chips and stir.
- Add the baking powder and stir gently.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
- Grease a mold with a hole in the middle with a little butter and oat bran.
- Put the dough in the mold and add more chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Tip: Pass the chocolate chips in a little oat bran so they don't sink into the cake batter
