Ripe dwarf banana4 unit(s)
Egg4 unit(s)
Melted coconut oil1 cup
Xylitol Sweetener1 cup
Oat bran2 cup
Baking powder1 tablespoon
70% chocolate chips1 cup
70% chocolate chips to put on top of the cake to taste

Peel the bananas and place in a blender, add the whole eggs, coconut oil and xylitol sweetener and beat well.
In a bowl put the oat bran
Add the blended mixture with the oat bran and mix well until smooth.
Add the chocolate chips and stir.
Add the baking powder and stir gently.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Grease a mold with a hole in the middle with a little butter and oat bran.
Put the dough in the mold and add more chocolate chips on top.
Bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Tip: Pass the chocolate chips in a little oat bran so they don't sink into the cake batter
