- Oat flour2 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- In a bowl mix the egg, plus the crushed banana and chopped dates. Add the oat flour and mix well.
- Mix the chemical yeast. Put it in a greased form and put the farofa on top of the dough.
- Take to oven or airfryer at 180 degrees for approximately 12 minutes.
- FAROFA RECIPE: 2 tablespoons peanut flour 1 tablespoon of xylitol Mix in a skillet over low heat.
