- Wheat flour120 g
- Icing sugar50 g
- Diced Butter65 g
- 100% cocoa powder50 g
- Egg1/2 unit(s)
- Bananas3 unit(s)
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Condensed milk550 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Dark chocolate250 g
- Sour cream100 g
- Dulce de leche300 g
- Sliced bananas to finish6 unit(s)
- White chocolate200 g
- Gold powder coloring to taste
- In a bowl add the flour, cocoa powder, icing sugar, and butter, mix everything until you get a wet flour, then add the egg. Work the dough again until it comes away from the bowl. Open it in a shape and take it to the freezer, then to the preheated oven at 230°C, until golden.
- In a pan, brown the bananas with the cinnamon, until it starts to fall apart, then add the condensed milk and the butter, always cooking until it comes off the pan. Once cooled, place in a piping bag and set aside.
- Chocolate and cream must be added to a bowl and taken to the microwave for 1 min, mix everything until you get a shiny ganache, then also put it in a pastry bag and set aside.
- Melt the white chocolate, apply it on a sheet of parchment paper, cut it with a heated rim forming a circle. Paint with golden powder dye.
- Apply the 3 fillings to the pie, the banana brigadeiro, the dulce de leche and the ganache, finish with the bananas, then place the chocolate plate over them.
- With the help of a barbecue lighter or dryer at hot temperature, soften the chocolate. Return to the fridge for 2 hours, or until serving time.
