  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Sugar11/2 cup
  • Water1 cup
  • Wheat2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon powder1 to taste
  1. In a small form put half a cup of sugar, lead to medium fire stirring until it forms a caramel. Then turn off the heat and add 3 bananas cut the way you prefer, line the bottom of the pan.reserve.
  2. In the blender place 2 bananas, 2 eggs, 1 cup of sugar and 2 tablespoons of margarine. Beat well until a homogeneous mass.
  3. Then add water at room temperature, wheat, cinnamon and yeast. Beat a little more. Pour in the pan over the bananas and take it to the preheated oven for approximately 35 minutes.
  4. After roasting, let it cool down and unmold it so that the bananas can easily come off the bottom of the pan.
