- Sugar1 cup
- Water1 cup
- Peel the bananas and cut them into slices
- Place the sliced bananas with sugar in a pan and leave it on low heat.
- Stir from time to time so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
- Cook over medium heat until all the sugar has melted and the bananas are dark.
- It can be served hot or iced. Note: with cream on top it is very good.
