  • Water50 ml
  1. Put the sugar in a pan and heat until it melts and turns to caramel.
  2. Cut the banana into small pieces and add it to the melted sugar.
  3. Stir well and let it cook
  4. If necessary, add a little water to keep from burning.
  5. Once it's bubbling, your candy is ready.
  6. Add in a container and place in the fridge. If you prefer, serve with cream.
