- Sugar3 cup
- Water50 ml
- Put the sugar in a pan and heat until it melts and turns to caramel.
- Cut the banana into small pieces and add it to the melted sugar.
- Stir well and let it cook
- If necessary, add a little water to keep from burning.
- Once it's bubbling, your candy is ready.
- Add in a container and place in the fridge. If you prefer, serve with cream.
