Brown sugar (optional)3 tablespoon
Coconut oil3 tablespoon
Almond flour1 cup
Oat flakes3/4 cup
Potato Starch2 tablespoon
Clove powder1/2 teaspoon
Cinnamon1 dessert spoon
Ginger Powder1 coffee spoon
Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
Peanut Butter (I used one sweetened with coconut sugar)2 tablespoon
Hot water1/3 cup

Mash the bananas with a fork. Reserve
In a bowl, place the eggs and beat with a whisk.
Add the mashed bananas, and the other ingredients, except the yeast, mixing well.
Add the yeast and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
For the peanut cream: add hot water to the paste until it forms a cream. If your pasta doesn't have sugar, add to taste.
Finish the cake with the cream and cinnamon
