- Natural yogurt200 ml
- Baking powder01 dessert spoon
- Mashed bananas03 unit(s)
- Raisins50 g
- Bananas cut into slices to decorate02 unit(s)
- Cinnamon to taste
- Take the mashed bananas, eggs, yogurt, and oil to beat in the mixer.
- After beating, add the wheat flour, sugar, yeast and beat again on low speed until smooth.
- Turn off the mixer and add the raisins, and with the help of a spatula mix well and put the dough in a greased and sprinkled with wheat flour.
- On top of the cake dough, place the sliced bananas, some raisins and sprinkle cinnamon to your liking.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
