- Brown sugar1/2 cup
- Coconut oil1/4 cup
- Lemon zest1 to taste
- Cinnamon1 to taste
- Vinegar1 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 dessert spoon
- Beat the bananas, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, coconut oil, clean zest and vinegar.
- Add the granola and beat until it forms a dough.
- Finally add the yeast.
- If you want to add bananas in pieces.
- Bake at 160°C for approximately 35 minutes.
