- Coconut oil1/2 cup
- Dwarf Banana4 unit(s)
- Demerara sugar (can be brown)1.1/2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon1 teaspoon
- Chopped Date2 unit(s)
- Brazil Nuts1/2 cup
- Raisins (optional)1/2 cup
- Chopped apricots (optional)2 unit(s)
- Pitted plums, chopped (optional)4 unit(s)
- Crushed walnuts50 g
- Chop all nut mixes (Brazil nuts, dates, plums, apricots);
- Beat in the blender the 4 eggs, 1/2 cup of coconut oil, the 4 bananas, 1 1/2 of demerara sugar (can be brown);
- Pour this mixture into the fine oatmeal with the yeast and optional to taste;
- Bake in a greased shape (in a medium oven already preheated to 180°C);
- Bake for approximately 40 minutes, or until golden.
