Ripe bananas3 unit(s)
Cocoa powder6 tablespoon
Eggs2 unit(s)
Brown sugar or xylitol5 tablespoon
Baking powder1 tablespoon
plant milk1 cup
Coconut oil1 tablespoon

Beat everything in the blender, except the yeast (reserve 2 tablespoons of sugar, vegetable milk, coconut oil and 2 tablespoons of cocoa, for the syrup)
After beating well, add the yeast and stir with a spatula.
Put it in cupcake molds or an English cake mold, take it to bake until you do the toothpick test and it comes out clean.
For the syrup, put the vegetable milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and the coconut oil in a pan.
Bring to a boil until it thickens.
Place over the cake and serve.
