Oil1/2 cup
White Vinegar1 coffee spoon
Sugar140 g
Sifted Wheat Flour170 g
Sieved Baking Powder1 tablespoon
Vanilla essence1 coffee spoon
Banana to taste

Mix the vinegar with milk and let it act, add the eggs, the oil and beat, add the sugar and mix well, add the milk and the vinegar, and mix.
Add the vanilla essence and lastly the wheat flour and baking powder, mix well.
Put it in a round shape with a hole, alternating between the dough and the banana cut into slices, put it in the oven to bake at 180 degrees for 40 min.
Remove from the oven and serve cold with a drink of your choice.
