Ripe banana2 unit(s)
Corn starch1/2 cup
Milk1/2 cup
Unleavened Wheat Flour1.1/2 cup
Sugar1 cup
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Vanilla essence (optional)1 teaspoon
Chocolate chips/chocolate of your choice (optional)1/2 cup

Add all the ingredients (except the yeast) in the blender and let it beat for 2 min or until everything is homogeneous.
Mix the yeast in the dough
Add pieces/chocolate chips to the dough (optional)
Take to bake in a greased shape with butter and flour. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40min or 200°C for 30min, or until golden.
