- In a bowl beat the eggs, add the butter while still beating put the sugar. Add the mashed bananas to this mixture, then the wheat flour, milk and salt and finally the yeast. Once this is done, place it in a greased and floured shape to bake, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Bake in a preheated oven.
