  • Banana4 unit(s)
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  1. In the blender, add 3 bananas, oil, sugar and eggs. Beat for an average of 3 to 5 minutes, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  2. Mix the sifted flour and baking powder in a bowl. Reserve.
  3. Add the already beaten blender mixture with the flour and yeast mixture. Mix very well. The dough is now ready!
  4. Cut the remaining banana into slices, if you prefer, you can cut more than one.
  5. For the syrup: In a mold add 1 and ½ cup of sugar to ½ cup of water (tea cup) and lead to medium heat, without stirring, until it becomes a golden syrup.
  6. Add the bananas to the still hot syrup and then add the dough.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180°|200° for 10 minutes and bake the cake for 45 minutes, taking care not to burn it. Do the toothpick test when you complete 45 minutes in the oven.
  8. Unmold while still warm so as not to stick to the mold.
  9. Ready! Bon appetit ♡
