COBERTURA:

Em uma panela adicione o açúcar e mecha até derreter .

Despeje a água quente e mexa até dissolver o açúcar.

Deixe engrossar até chegar no ponto de calda e reserve.  


ROOF:

In a pan add the sugar and stir until melted.

Pour in the hot water and stir until the sugar dissolves.

Let it thicken until it reaches the point of syrup and set aside.


MASSA:

Bata no liquidificador, os ovos, o açúcar, o óleo e o leite.

Acrescente a farinha de trigo aos poucos e continue batendo até ter uma massa lisa e homogênea.

Acrescente por último o fermento e bata lentamente até misturar bem. 

Em uma forma já untada despeje o caramelo e as bananas e depois a massa. 

Leve ao forno já pré-aquecido em 180°C por aproximadamente 30 minutos. Retire de forno e está pronto pra servir . 


PASTA:

In a blender, beat the eggs, sugar, oil and milk.

Add the wheat flour gradually and continue beating until you have a smooth and homogeneous dough.

Lastly, add the yeast and beat slowly until well blended.

In an already greased form, pour the caramel and bananas and then the dough.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes. Remove from oven and it's ready to serve.
