- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Milk1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence1 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- I made it by hand, I used a fuer, beat the eggs first, then added the sugar, then added the margarine, the 4 mashed bananas, the wheat flour (little by little), the milk, the vanilla essence and finally the yeast.
- To make the syrup, add half a cup of sugar in the pan over low heat until it melts, add the chopped banana to the bottom of the pan and then add the dough. The syrup is optional, you can add the banana to decorate without the syrup.
- Preheated oven 180 degrees.
- Unmold hot.
