- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Ripe bananas of your choice4 unit(s)
- Milk1 cup
- Wheat flour + 1/22 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Mash the bananas with a fork.
- In a bowl with a fork beat the eggs, add the margarine and mix well until well dissolved.
- Add the bananas and then the milk.
- Add a cup of flour at a time to make the dough more homogeneous.
- Finally add the yeast and mix lightly. Place on a greased and floured baking sheet.
- If you want, you can sprinkle a mixture of. 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder 2 teaspoons of sugar. Mix and sprinkle on top of the cake and bake as usual.
