Mashed banana3 unit(s)
Banana cut in half to place on top to taste
Melted butter1/3 cup
Organic Honey Flowers of Aroeira4 tablespoon
Egg1 unit(s)
Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
Baking soda1 teaspoon
Wheat or Oat Flour1 cup
Wheat or Oat Flour1/2 cup
Demerara or brown sugar1 cup
Baking Powder1/2 teaspoon
Cinnamon Powder to taste

In a bowl mix the mashed bananas with the melted butter, add the sugar, honey, lightly beaten egg, vanilla essence and bicarbonate and mix well
Add the flour and stir until smooth, finally add the baking powder and mix gently.
Place the dough in the GrowPack packaging and decorate with the bananas cut in half, sprinkle cinnamon powder to taste (optional)
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
