- DOUGH: Chopped Apples2 unit(s)
- Oat flour2 cup
- Corn oil1/2 cup
- Shaved Rapadura or Molasses1 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Cinnamon powder1 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast2 tablespoon
- FILLING: Chopped apple1 unit(s)
- Chopped banana1 unit(s)
- In a blender, beat the apple with the oil, the eggs and the rapadura.
- Transfer to a bowl and add the flour and cinnamon.
- Add the yeast.
- Pour half of the dough into a mold with a central hole greased with oil and cinnamon.
- Distribute the fruits of the stuffing and cover with the rest of the dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for about 40 minutes or until golden.
- Unmold warm and let it cool. (I put brown sugar syrup on top).
- NOTE: You can also add raisins and walnuts in the recipe.
