- Diced ripe mangoes2 unit(s)
- Ripe banana -Cut two of them, mix with the mango and set aside5 unit(s)
- Sour cream2 unit(s)
- condensed milk1/2 unit(s)
- Cocoa 50%2 tablespoon
- Mix in the blender the cream, condensed milk, the 3 bananas and the cocoa, beat everything for about 2 minutes
- Pour into a platter of no more than 20 cm, then add the chopped fruit, mango and banana.
- Take it to the freezer until you create ice cream consistency.
- Decorate with chopped bananas, chocolate drops, confetti, chestnuts, nuts or whatever you prefer.
