- Very ripe banana2 unit(s)
- Honey2 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Cinnamon Powder2 tablespoon
- Corn Starch6 tablespoon
- Oat flour300 g
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- In a container, crush the bananas, add the honey, the olive oil and the already beaten eggs, mix well and add the cinnamon powder, and gradually add the cornstarch;
- After mixing well, add the chemical yeast and a pinch of salt, mix and gradually add the oat flour, when the dough starts to get harder, stir with your hand until it comes apart;
- Take a small piece of dough, make strips, fold it in half and roll it up to form a braid;
- On top I brushed honey and sprinkled demerara sugar with powdered cinnamon;
- Take to preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
