- Flaxseed Flour1 tablespoon
- Water2.1/2 tablespoon
- Ripe bananas3 unit(s)
- Chemical Yeast2 tablespoon
- Coconut oil2 tablespoon
- Vegetable drink1 cup
- Oat flakes1/4 cup
- Gluten-free flour1 cup
- pinch of salt to taste
- 70% cocoa chocolate chips1/3 cup
- Make the “flax eggs”, mixing the flaxseed meal and warm water, stirring and letting it rest for 5 minutes.
- Forming the gel, add the bananas and knead well, forming a puree, incorporating everything.
- Add the yeast, part of the milk, the oat flakes, the gluten-free flour, the coconut oil and a pinch of salt, mixing everything well.
- Let the dough rest for 5 minutes and then add the chocolate chips last.
- Heat a waffle maker (you can make it in the pan in the shape of a pancake too) and grease it with a little coconut oil so it doesn't stick.
- Deposit part of the dough and cook it until the cooking is complete. Repeat the process until you run out of dough.
