Banana and Chocolate Muffins

Colocar em um bowl as bananas e amassar e em seguida colocar o ovo, o açúcar e a manteiga derretida e misturar. Colocar o chocolate em gotas e misturar.

Place the bananas in a bowl and knead, then add the egg, sugar and melted butter and mix. Put the chocolate in drops and mix.

Em outro bowl misturar a farinha de trigo peneirada, o fermento em pó e o bicarbonato de sódio. E misturar delicadamente no outro bowl.

In another bowl mix the sifted wheat flour, baking powder and baking soda. And mix gently in the other bowl.

Untar as forminhas para o muffin ou pode usar também a forminha de silicone.
Colocar a mistura do muffin nas forminhas e depois levar para o forno pré aquecido a 180 graus por 18 minutos ou até o palito sair limpo.

Grease the molds for the muffins or you can also use the silicone mold.
Put the muffin mixture in the molds and then take it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 18 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
