  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Milk400 ml
  • Maizena2 tablespoon
  • Hot water1 cup
  • Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
  1. Syrup: Melt 1 cup of sugar in a small pan after adding a cup of hot water and let it boil until it thickens and turns into syrup.
  2. Pour the caramel syrup into a large refractory.
  3. Cut the bananas into slices or long slices and place on top of the caramel sauce.
  4. Cream: In a large pan, place the milk, cornstarch, condensed milk, 4 egg yolks, and a spoon of vanilla essence, stirring constantly until it thickens.
  5. Pour the cream over the bananas.
  6. Meringue: In the mixer, beat the 4 egg whites and 1 cup of sugar until doubled in size and form a meringue.
  7. Gently add the meringue on top of the cream.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes or until the meringue is golden.
