- Diced Gorgonzola4 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Honey to taste
- Flaked almonds to taste
- Wash and dry the pears. Cut in half and remove the seed.
- Place a cube of gorgonzola in the center of the pear, drizzle with olive oil and honey.
- Take it to the preheated oven at 200° for about 15 minutes, until the pears cook and the cheese melts!
- Decorate with sliced almonds.
