Baked chocolate cake with syrup

Junte a farinha de trigo, o chocolate e o fermento e reserve.

Add the wheat flour, chocolate and baking powder and set aside.

Na bateria, bata a manteiga em temperatura ambiente, o açúcar e os ovos. Depois, diminua a velocidade da batedeira e acrescente os secos que estão reservados e o leite de forma alternada e aos poucos, até ficar homogêneo.

On the battery, beat butter at room temperature, sugar and eggs. Then, reduce the speed of the mixer and add the dry ingredients that are reserved and the milk alternately and little by little, until it is homogeneous.

Unte uma forma somente com manteiga e coloque a massa do bolo.

Unite a shape with butter only and put the cake dough.

Para a calda, junte todos os ingredientes e leve para o fogo. Assim que levantar fervura já pode desligar o fogo e derrame toda a calda sobre a massa do bolo.

For the syrup, combine all the ingredients and bring to a boil. As soon as it boils, turn off the heat and pour all the syrup over the cake batter.

Asse em forno pré aquecido a 180 graus por aproximadamente 30 minutos. Desenforme ainda quente para não grudar na forma.

Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Develop while still hot so as not to stick to the mold.
