  • granulated tapioca250 g
  • Milk400 ml
  • condensed milk2/3 cup
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Shredded Coconut100 g
  1. Boil the milk with half the condensed milk
  2. Mix the grated coconut with the tapioca. Reserve some of the coconut for the end.
  3. Mix the boiled milk with the tapioca and let it rest covered for 10 minutes.
  4. Stir the tapioca and add half the coconut milk.
  5. Place in a mold with a hole in the middle, grease with margarine or butter and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  6. Develop. Throw the coconut milk over the couscous, then the condensed milk and finally the grated coconut. Serve chilled.
