  • Bullet Ingredients - Condensed Milk1 can(s)
  • Grated unsweetened coconut100 g
  • Margarine1 dessert spoon
  • Syrup Ingredients - Sugar1 cup
  • White Alcohol Vinegar3 tablespoon
  • Water3 tablespoon
  1. 1. In a pan, add the condensed milk, coconut and margarine. 2. Mix everything and place over medium heat. 3. Stir until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan. 4. Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl. 5. Wait for it to cool down. 6. Take some of the candy in your hands and roll it into the size of a brigadeiro and set aside.
  2. Syrup Preparation Method 1. Combine the sugar, water and vinegar in a saucepan. 2. Bring to a low heat and let it boil until it comes to a boil (DO NOT stir, so as not to sugar the syrup). 3. TIP: The popping point is when the syrup turns golden, so you drip some of the syrup in a cup of water and you hear a pop.
  3. Mounting 1. With the help of a fork, pass the bullets in the syrup and place in a greased aluminum mold so it doesn't stick. 2. Let it dry for about 30 minutes. 3. Then pack the coconut candies in plastic wrappers, such as cellophane or place in a small container. Now just enjoy!
