- Condensed milk395 g
- Shredded Coconut (Package)1 unit(s)
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Sugar10 tablespoon
- White vinegar (alcohol)5 tablespoon
- In a pan put the condensed milk, grated coconut and margarine.
- With the fire low, stir until it detaches from the bottom of the pan (15 minutes)
- Reserve in a container and take it to the fridge for 1 hour, to cool well.
- In the meantime, let's take it easy. In a pan put the sugar and vinegar.
- Stir until it snaps, until it becomes a golden caramel.
- Note: Popping point is when you take some caramel and put it in a glass of water, at that moment it will pop.
- Then, make balls with the dough (like brigadeiro) and with the help of a fork, pass the balls in the caramel and set aside until cool.
- You can store it in jars with a lid or in bags, great tip to make an extra income.
